All prices are based on the current market rates for rare coins and precious metals and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, but we do not guarantee market value or price accuracy at any given time.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or availability issues.

4. Payment Terms

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Check

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

  • Wire Transfer

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Sales tax will be collected where applicable under Alabama law.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Orders under $10,000: Flat shipping fee of $25

  • Orders $10,000 and above: Free shipping

  • All orders are shipped with insurance and tracking.

6. Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing before purchase. If a return is pre-approved, a 5% handling/restocking fee will apply. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.

7. Buying from Customers

We also purchase rare coins and precious metals from customers. Any quotes or appraisals we provide are based on current market conditions and are not binding until finalized in writing. Additional identification or documentation may be required in compliance with state and federal law.

P&F Coin does not provide investment advice. The value of coins and precious metals can fluctuate. We make no guarantees regarding current or future market value.
